Thank you so much for choosing Cahaba Beach Dog Park for your dog’s boarding needs. Please complete this Boarding Application form to ensure we meet your pet’s needs. A kuranda cot bed, food, water and bowls will be provided. 

This is an application only. Reservations will be confirmed by email.

If you are a new client we will need an Enrollment Application completed, verify vaccinations and will need to have your pet visit us for a meet and greet day to preform a temperament evaluation.

Cahaba Beach Dog Park requires a 2 Night Minimum for boarding on Saturday nights. This is to ensure that we have space to accommodate clients during high volume times. If a Saturday night boarding client requires a Sunday pick-up, please be aware, there will be a $25 fee. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our Cancellation Policy requires a 48 hour notice PRIOR to boarding arrival to cancel or shorten your reservation. A fee equal to one night stay will be applied.
